The Zegrzyńskie Lagoon is also an opportunity to learn water sports, from the mentioned ones (e.g., windsurfing) to sailing. Along the Zegrzyńskie Lake, there are numerous ports where you can moor your own boat, sailboat, or motorboat either seasonally or year-round. The prices for mooring private yachts or sailboats vary depending on the port and the size of the boat. Various services related to yacht servicing are also offered in the ports (from pumping out yacht toilets to supplying electricity or water). Holders of sailing licenses can take advantage of the offer to rent various boats, such as Omega or Orion types, as well as what are called day boats.
The school organizes individual and group sailing courses, corporate events, and regattas. Hotel guests can also rent water equipment such as: catamarans, sailboats, or kayaks.
There are also sailing schools operating around the Zegrzyńskie Lagoon that allow interested individuals to gain basic and advanced sailing skills. Selected schools (there are several dozen in total, including the Warsaw Sailing Academy, which started in Zegrze Północne) also offer courses for obtaining yacht sailor and motorboat skipper licenses. Courses are held on different days and hours, so everyone interested will find a convenient time for training. Some schools also offer courses in foreign languages.
