In the vicinity of Zegrzyńskie Lake, there are at least a few monuments that can be visited or simply seen during free time from sunbathing or engaging in water sports. These monuments include, among others, the remains of the Zegrze Fortress (a Russian fortress built in the late 19th century that was meant to defend/prevent crossing the Narew), the ruins of the Szaniawski Manor in Jadwisin, the late Gothic Parish Church in Serock (built in the 16th century), Fort Janówek and Fort in Dąb, the 19th-century Krasinski Palace in Zegrz, etc...
